Forest School Finale: Rain or Shine, We Shine!

What a wild, windy, and wonderful final week of Forest School for our amazing adventurers from Year 5! From glorious sunshine to sudden thunderstorms, our children proved that a little weather never stops the fun. 

Here’s a look at what they got up to:

• Mastering Woodcraft: The children blew us away with their safety skills! They whittled greenwood spears, earning the ultimate reward—perfectly toasted campfire marshmallows. 

• Nature Detectives & Builders: Between the raindrops, we upgraded our grand forest den and went on a mini-beast hunt to spot local bugs and butterflies.

• Mud, Mud, Glorious Mud! From "mud tattoos" and outdoor beauty salons to crafting the finest mud pies after Thursday's downpour, creativity was at an all-time high! 

• Teamwork: The children even invented their own team games, showing incredible kindness and leadership.

We are so proud of the resilience, independence, and pure joy these children bring to the woods. Nature truly is the best classroom!
