Year 5 Residential Trip Update

We're thrilled to share an update on the Year 5 residential trip, which was a fantastic experience for all! The children had an absolute blast, showing incredible confidence in all the activities and truly challenging themselves.

The adventure kicked off with some exciting archery, followed by navigating the low ropes course and engaging team-building challenges. The afternoon saw them conquer the exhilarating high ropes, demonstrating impressive courage.

Dinner was a hearty affair with a choice of chicken curry or spaghetti bolognese, followed by a delicious dessert of cake and custard. The evening continued with team games around the woodland, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. As dusk settled, the children embraced their inner engineers with some brilliant den building, culminating in a cozy campfire with s'mores – a definite highlight! After a busy day, everyone was tucked into bed around 10 pm and most children slept soundly until 7 am!

The next morning began with a well-deserved breakfast of cereals and pastries to fuel up for more excitement. The day's activities included conquering the climbing wall and an exhilarating zip line experience.

It was a truly memorable trip, packed with fun, challenges, and opportunities for growth. We're so proud of how all the children embraced every moment!
