Last week of term in Dragonfly Class, we finished designing and constructing our model beach huts. The children experimented with their joins to ensure their beach huts were strong. They sawed and glued their own wooden frames and walls, using a range of other materials to create doors, roofs, and other exciting features that made each hut unique. These designs even included complex details like stairs, railings, and banisters. Finally, the children chose their own colors and patterns to decorate their huts.
