Forest School Update

🌲 Mud, Rain, and Big Adventures!

Neither hail, wind, nor a downpour could stop our amazing Crocodile Class and Leopard Class from having an absolute blast at Forest School this week!

After checking in on our safety rules, everyone dashed off to explore, climb, dig, and dive headfirst into nature. Here are a few of our favorite highlights:

  • Survival Skills: Mrs. Cresswell taught us how to construct a real stretcher on Tuesday, using only sticks, coats, and paracord. Testing them out by carrying our friends was a little scary, but so much fun!

  • Mud Kitchen Magic: Leopard Class took charge of the creativity, whipping up some five-star mud brownies and mixing a custom mud-and-grass blend to reinforce our den.

  • Campfire Prep: We found some dry wood to keep our campfire fueled and ready for the kettle to boil.

We wrapped up the week huddled together in the rain, warming up with some well-deserved hot chocolate. There’s truly no such thing as bad weather when you have great friends and a sense of adventure!

Parents, check out the gallery below to see our little adventurers in action!  What do you think Mrs. Cresswell has planned for next week?
