During English they have planned some lovely writing all about Tadeo Jones.  They have learnt about nouns, adjectives and expanded noun phrases.  It is lovely to see the children working hard to add these to their work.

In Maths, we have been looking at the place value of numbers.  The children have used Base 10 equipment, part-whole models and counters to represent numbers up to 100.

Within our first History lesson, the children were fascinated to learn all about artefacts and how they can help us understand the past.  They had some interesting questions for us to investigate over the next term.
