Regretfully, we do not have the indoor capacity to host spectators and therefore the sports events will have to take place without parents/carers watching and the picnic will not take place. 

 

All children who had a school packed lunch pre-booked for Sports Day, using the previous Google Form to select their choice of sandwich filling, will receive this as planned on Friday. 

 

There will not be any hot dinners or any additional lunches available that day.  

 

If you had NOT pre-booked a school dinner for Sports Day, then you will need to provide your child with a packed lunch from home to bring into school.

 

The children will take part in a variety of indoor sports activities in their communities and pictures from the day will be shared with you.

 

We appreciate the frustration that this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we endeavour to try to manage events and issues that are out of our control.
